About Us

We are primarily a recreation based club - we have two weekly pool sessions at Braintree swimming centre. Freeport, Braintree.

Saturday mornings from 07:45 to 08:45 which is for general training and is open to all.

Wednesday evenings are for polo training and run from 20:30 to 22:00.

To ensure everyone is covered by the BCU third party insurance you must be a club member to take part in these sessions.

Temporary membership is available for £4, which will cover 4 consecutive weeks.

We do have a polo team currently competing in Division 3 of the National Polo League.

Our club trips run throughout the year. Interests go from local placid water runs through to white-water trips in the UK and abroad. We also have an active sea-paddling contingent and take part in surf trips every year.
