New Membership Management System - MemberMoJo

Dear Club member,

We plan to go live with the new system on Monday 8th November 2021.

Shortly after that you should get a welcome email from the system. Once you have received this email please go to where you will be able to log on and check your details (and family members where appropriate) – sign in button is top right!

You won’t have a password to begin with and won’t need one to sign in – just click sign in with email (the one you got the welcome email on) and you’ll receive a link to get on the system. Once in you can set a password if you choose. If you regularly book pool sessions then this will be a sensible way to go.

Once signed in go to “Your Membership” and click “view or edit” on “My Details” and you will be able to amend/update as you please.

It’s the same route to book a pool session – this time click “visit store” and the sessions will be available for you to purchase.

Until that date please continue to book your pool sessions as you do now.
