If you haven’t received a welcome email from the system please contact the Club Secretary so we can check your entry on the system.

If you have received the email then please log on and check your details are up to date. For anyone with a family membership you will also be able to check your family’s details. The first time you try to log on, the system will send you a link (via email) to get in. Once in, you can set a password (if you choose) or not – if you don’t then every time you access the system you will need to request a new link.

When you have logged on, click on “Your Membership” (under your name, top right) then edit “My Details” to make any updates.

Directly under “My Details” you will find “Store Purchase” which you will need to use for booking any pool sessions (Saturday or Wednesday). The payment is via PayPal but you don’t need an account to use it – any debit or credit card can be used.
